After thorough deliberation by both the club and the board, it has been concluded that the Lilydale Craft and Produce Market is presently not a viable endeavour. Recent events have experienced reduced attendance and participation, with only 13 stallholders present at the market held on Sunday, 1 March. Furthermore, the shortage of volunteers available to assist with setting up and packing down has significantly hindered the market's operational effectiveness.

The possibility of organising future markets will be revisited once the new board is in place in July. Until then, no further markets are planned.
